PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A SEASONAL/SUMMER POSITION – it is for year-round employment

- Conduct wine tastings with customers, cash register sales, conduct tours, clerical & other duties
- Wine industry knowledge preferred
- Retail sales experience preferred
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- $12.00 per hour
- 35 hours per week, Wednesday to Sunday from 11:00am to 6:00pm
- Must be able to work Wednesday through Sunday as well as flexible hours when required for special events
- Answer telephone
- Word processing, internet, basic computer skills required
- Clean winery including bathrooms, floors, windows and other areas
- Education & sales to customers
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Team player who can work well with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task and respond quickly to demanding situations
- Excellent customer relations
- Knowledge and background in wines & appellations preferred
- Self motivated, well organized
- Must be able to lift and carry a 40 lb case of wine
- Successfully obtain a Serving it Right certificate
- Read, understand & follow the LDB rules for Agents & Representatives
